Overview

This website, resurrectionspeedshop.com, is operated by Resurrection Speed Shop ("we," "us," "our"), a motorcycle repair and parts shop in Corpus Christi, Texas. We offer this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from it, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell products to you.

Section 1 – Age requirement (21+)

This website is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By using this site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. We may cancel any order or account if we believe this requirement has not been met.

Section 2 – General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the site or its content without our written permission. Card information is processed securely through our payment provider and is encrypted during transfer. You may not use our products or this site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Section 3 – Accuracy of information

We work to keep product information, fitment, specifications and images accurate, but we don't guarantee that every description is complete, current or error-free. Fitment information is a guide; confirm fitment for your year, model and motor before you order and before you install. Call or text us if you're unsure. Product images are for illustration and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.

Section 4 – Products, sourcing & availability

Many of the parts and tires we sell ship directly to you from the manufacturer or our supply partners, and our shop merch is printed on demand by our print partner after you order. Free local pickup is available at our shop at 4544 Baldwin Blvd Unit W, Corpus Christi, TX 78408 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM; Saturday by appointment). Parts prices don't include installation; shop labor is quoted separately. Availability, lead times and stock levels can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you with options, including a full refund for that item.

Section 5 – Pricing errors & order acceptance

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Despite our efforts, an item may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical error or a supplier pricing error. If that happens, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed or your card is charged. If we cancel, we'll notify you and refund the full amount. We may also limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, and may refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Section 6 – Off-road, race & performance parts

Some products we sell are designed for off-road, closed-course or racing use only and may not be legal for use on public roads, or may not comply with federal, state or local emissions, noise, lighting or safety regulations (including EPA and CARB requirements). You are solely responsible for knowing and following all laws that apply to your vehicle and where you ride, and for confirming a part is legal for your intended use before you buy or install it. Modifying a motorcycle may affect its emissions compliance, warranty, insurance and handling.

Many parts require mechanical skill and special tools. We strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified technician. Improper installation can cause damage, injury or death. We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by improper installation, misuse, modification or use of a product outside its intended purpose.

Section 7 – Tires

Tires must be mounted and balanced by a qualified technician, inflated to the manufacturer's recommended pressure, and matched to your motorcycle's specified size, load and speed rating. Check the manufacturer date code and break-in instructions before riding.

Section 8 – Accounts & billing information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly so we can complete your orders and contact you. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure.

Section 9 – Returns, refunds & warranty

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by Resurrection Speed Shop, and are handled under the manufacturer's warranty terms. We will help you start a warranty claim.

Section 10 – Third-party tools & links

The site may include links to, or tools provided by, third parties (such as payment, shipping, fitment or review services). We don't monitor or control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Use them at your own risk and review the third party's terms.

Section 11 – User comments & submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other submissions, you allow us to use, edit and publish them in any medium without compensation. You agree that your submissions won't be unlawful, abusive, obscene, infringing or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Section 12 – Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break any law; infringe our or others' intellectual property; harass or harm anyone; submit false information; upload viruses or malicious code; collect others' personal information; spam, phish or scrape; or interfere with the site's security. We may end your use of the site for violating any prohibited use.

Section 13 – Intellectual property

The Resurrection Speed Shop name, logos, graphics, merch designs and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission. Other brand names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.

Section 14 – Disclaimer of warranties

Except for any written manufacturer warranty that comes with a product, the site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Section 15 – Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resurrection Speed Shop and its owners, employees, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, labor or installation costs, towing, rental or loss of use, arising from your use of the site or any product, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Section 16 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resurrection Speed Shop and its owners, employees, suppliers and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your installation, modification or use of any product.

Section 17 – Severability & termination

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms; obligations incurred before termination survive.

Section 18 – Entire agreement

These Terms and any policies posted on this site are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and supersede any prior agreements or communications. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

Section 19 – Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchases will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Section 20 – Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
